The Health Entrepreneurship Accelerator Lab (HEALab) and the Health Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club are excited to welcome Joshua Otero to Arizona State University.
 
Joshua Otero will discuss what it takes to achieve Peak Performance and will show us the 5 steps to Achieving Peak Performance. We will review the 5 which are:
  • Execution.
  • Mindset.
  • Medical.
  • Nutritional.
  • Physical.
Joshua will enumerate each one to help you unlock your potential and help you understand the various levels of stress that people endure.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the steps they can take to achieve peak performance and will give strategies to help them in each of the 5 keys areas of improvement. Attendees will leave with tools to help reduce stress on their bodies and minds to unlock a higher-level performance. 
 
Joshua Otero has been a sports technology entrepreneur since 2013. He recently founded NutriGMR, functional nutrition, and performance company.

He has 20 years of experience in the business and investment world and is a lifelong athlete focused on health and wellness. He has expertise in business development, sales, entrepreneurship, leadership and team building. He also advises a sports tech company as a board member.

Josh has founded three companies, Power in Motion CrossFit (2013), Recover Faster (2016) and NutriGMR (2019). He has dedicated himself to finding the best and newest ways to use technology to improve health, wellness, and fitness. He utilizes technology to track and measure performance levels to customize training schedules. He is aspiring to build a community of healthy more effective Esport athletes.
