Locate the printer you want to add from the list below.

Copy the printer address and paste it in the address bar of any File Explorer window and hit enter. (shown in video below)

That printer will now be listed as one of the available printers on your computer from the printer dropdown list when you try to print something.

Hold Command + Space and type “Self Service”.  Click the self service app to open.

Click on the printers category in the left column then map printer on the right for the ones you want to install

That printer will now be listed as one of the available printers on your computer from the printer dropdown list when you try to print something.
