The Information Services unit provides technical support to the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. The team members perform various tasks which include deskside support, network printer support, tablet and phone configuration help, conference room and classroom support.
How to get Help
If your computer is not working, or you have other technology issues, submit a help desk ticket. You can make other computer-related requests using this same form (quotes, security groups, software purchases, etc.).
