Time frames are dependent on the scope of the project. Allow the marketing team sufficient time for design and preparation for your request. Please note that not all requests may be fulfilled by the desired due date. If requesting Event Materials, please use this field for when you would like to pick up.

Your graphic design request desired due date will be evaluated based on the complexity of the project and the current queue of requests.

Print design request turnaround time: Estimated 3-4 weeks. This timeframe includes but not limited to: design work, proofing, approval, and production.

Digital design request turnaround time: Estimated 1-2 weeks.
