Physician assistants are leaders within their organizations, whether large or small, clinical or administrative, in all varying specialties and lengths of experience. However, traditional training programs lack leadership training and many PAs learn these skills while on the job from mentors or colleagues.

Arizona State Univeristy, together with the Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management, is offering this intensive training program, “Leadership Academy for PAs,” as a unique, focused training program to offer PAs a personalized learning journey to become stronger leaders.

The Leadership Academy is led by experienced ASU faculty, alongside nationally revered executive coach, Becky Edmunds, from The Edmunds Group. Edmunds has coached hundreds of healthcare professionals from the early career to the C-suite professional and has more than three decades of experience working in the executive coaching field.
