How to Reserve a Conference Room
ROOM SCHEDULING
Open Microsoft Outlook and go to your calendar.
Click NEW MEETING.
Click ROOMS box to the right of the location field.
Select or type the room in which you wish to schedule, double click and hit “OK.”
You can now add your attendees and complete the scheduling process.
You will automatically receive an “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE” to your calendar invitation, dependent on the room’s availability. Everyone will also be able to “view” the room’s calendar to assess available times for their meeting
