How do I get a new phone?

If you are a new employee, your HR processor should inform the department Facilities Specialist prior to your arrival. At this point a new phone will be ordered for your space assignment.

Can I move my phone to my new office location?

Unfortunately, you must inform the department Facilities Specialist of your new office location and a work order will need to be placed in order for proper notification to proper city officials for emergency 911 procedural notifications and changes.

If you are onboarding an assistant or student worker in a space that needs a phone, please inform your department facilities specialist to get one on order and set-up.
